Clark Herndon

Clark Herndon is a partner based in Bain & Company’s Washington, D.C. office. He is an expert in the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.

Throughout his time at Bain, Clark has advised clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, strategy and due diligence. His recent sector expertise focuses primarily on commercial air transport.

In the M&A sphere, Clark is deeply versed in organization, merger and functional integration, as well as operating model and organization design.

He holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
