Gina Yu-Aquino

Gina Yu-Aquino is an Associate Partner at Bain & Company's Manila office. Gina has worked with Bain for over six years, and has been based in the Manila office for three years.

Prior to joining Bain, Gina worked as a Retail Leadership Development Intern at Amazon.com. During their time there, they designed and tested initiatives to grow Amazon.ca's customer base by promoting increased cross-category purchasing from existing customers. This included working with engineers to develop a recommendations feature on the website to introduce customers to complementary products, which was tested in China, US, Canada and Japan. Gina also developed a focused e-mail marketing campaign to introduce new product categories to customers using a more precise targeting tool based on past purchase behavior.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where they were a member of the varsity women's rowing team.

Gina Yu-Aquino has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Singapore Management University.
