Shazrul Asari

Shazrul Asari is a partner in our Energy & Natural Resources, Advanced Analytics and Performance Improvement practices, based in Kuala Lumpur.

He is an expert on corporate transformation, operating model, performance improvement and Results Delivery® and has advised clients across Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa.

Shazrul has additionally supported both Malaysian and international firms in strategy and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), as well as organizational restructuring and right-sizing. He is particularly passionate about enabling Engine #2 growth in large, incumbent businesses.

In addition to his client work, Shazrul is involved with our Kuala Lumpur social impact and people initiatives.

He holds a B. Eng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc. in Finance from Imperial College Business School.

He is highly involved in local sustainability and social impact initiatives and is also passionate about local junior golf development.
