Sandra Hill

Sandra Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in aviation safety consulting and training. Currently serving as the Head of Consulting and Training, as well as the Head of Competence Development and Standards at Baines Simmons since August 2019, Sandra has previously worked as a freelance Learning and Development Consultant. Notably, Sandra spent over two decades at British Airways, where significant roles included Aviation Safety Trainer, Customer Service and Systems Trainer, and World Cargo Trainer. Sandra's expertise encompasses designing and delivering a wide array of training courses in compliance with EASA and CAA regulations, developing training systems, and conducting programs in diverse international environments.
