Rodney L. Jones-Tyson

Rodney Jones-Tyson has an extensive career in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Baird since August 1998, where additional roles have included Chief Risk Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Global Investment Banking. Jones-Tyson is also actively involved in various organizations, holding positions such as Member of the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and Associated Bank, as well as Member of the Board Of Trustees for Centerspace. Additionally, Jones-Tyson has served as Chairperson of the Board for the FOUNDATION FOR HOMAN SQUARE and is a Board Member at IFF (CDFI). Previous experience includes roles at First Chicago NBD, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Citi. Educational qualifications encompass an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland.
