Dawn L. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Dawn began their career as an HR Manager at GC Services, where they handled various responsibilities including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll functions. Dawn also played a crucial role in opening new call centers in Virginia and Texas. Dawn then joined Edward Jones as a Recruiting Coordinator, where they designed and implemented programs to support the referral process for Financial Advisory positions, managing multiple events for different regions. Dawn later became an HR Business Partner at SAVVIS Communications, where they developed and delivered programs to enhance employee and operational performance. Dawn then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an HR Supervisor, leading HR and employee relations activities for a large IT employee base. Currently, they are working as the Director of Human Resources at Baisch and Skinner. Throughout their career, Dawn has provided guidance, advised senior management, and spearheaded various HR initiatives.

Dawn L. holds a BS degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
