Jess Goldberg

Jess Goldberg is a seasoned leadership trainer, executive coach, keynote speaker, and CEO at Become a Magnetic Leader since January 2021. With a focus on communication, influence, and leadership, Jess leads various training programs and custom workshops while coaching clients individually. Alongside current roles as a lecturer at Columbia University and a leadership instructor at Maven, Jess has held significant positions at Embodied, Inc., where the innovative AI Robot Friend for kids, Moxie, was developed under Jess's leadership. Previous experiences include key contributions to Bloom, 10% Happier, and ABC News, where Jess garnered several awards, including Emmy awards and Telly Awards, for excellence in content production and storytelling. Jess holds advanced degrees in mass communication and journalism from Arizona State University, alongside a neuroscience certificate from Harvard University.
