Anant Bisht has a diverse range of work experience. Anant started their career as a Management Trainee at Bajaj Allianz Life in 2014, and then worked their way up to roles such as Regional Marketing Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - Experiential Marketing (BTL) at Bajaj Allianz Life. Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz Life, Anant had a summer internship at Axis Bank, where they gained experience in retail liability and promotions. Anant also worked as an Event Specialist at Czar Events from 2009 to 2013. Overall, Anant has a strong background in marketing and events management.

- From 2012 to 2014, they attended Symbiosis Institute of International Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business.
- Between 2008 and 2011, they studied at G N Khalsa College and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commerce.
- During the same period, they also attended Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Insurance and Banking.
- From 2006 to 2008, they attended Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts Science & Commerce and obtained an HSC degree in Commerce.
- Anant Bisht completed their SSC degree at D.P.Y.A High School between 1995 and 2006.
Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in 2020, a Six Sigma - Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma in 2014, a Capstone Business Simulation from Capsim Management Simulations Inc. in 2013, and they are also trained in First Aid. Anant Bisht has also obtained a Licentiate (Insurance) certification from the Insurance Institute of India.
