Neeti Shukla

Neeti Shukla has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Head of People and Culture at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Manager of Learning & Development at HDFC Asset Management Company from February 2017 to September 2018. From June 2015 to February 2017, they served as a Senior Manager in Organization Effectiveness at the Aditya Birla Group. Neeti also has experience in academia as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management Shillong from August 2014 to June 2015. Neeti has held managerial positions in organizational development at Tech Mahindra Business Services and HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Consultant at HR Anexi, and from March 2011 to October 2011, they served as a Manager of Organizational Development at Tech Mahindra. Neeti's career started at the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, where they were involved in talent assessment from 2009 to 2011. Neeti began their professional journey as a Research Associate at IIT Bombay from August 2004 to March 2006.

Neeti Shukla earned their PhD in Organizational Behavior from IIT Bombay, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters degree in Psychology, specializing in Organization Behavior and Industrial Psychology, from an undisclosed institution between 2000 and 2002.
