Rakesh Sethi

Rakesh Sethi has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Rakesh is currently working as an Associate Vice President and Head of Product Upgradation at Bajaj Electricals Ltd since May 2021. Prior to this, they were associated with Hero MotoCorp for a significant period. At Hero MotoCorp, they held several positions including Sectional Head of QA for BS 6 Implementation, Asst. General Manager in the New Model Center, and Asst. General Manager in R&D Projects. In these roles, they were responsible for new model design and development, as well as leading mechanical proprietary groups and development projects. Before joining Hero MotoCorp, Rakesh Sethi worked as a Sr. Engineer at BTR Autiomotive India Ltd. (Now Trolleborg India Ltd.) from October 1996 to November 1999.

Rakesh Sethi obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. Rakesh pursued this degree between the years 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (M.E.) in Polymer Technology at Delhi College of Engineering from 1994 to 1996. Furthermore, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry from Delhi University, which they attended from 1992 to 1994.
