Rakhi Pardeshi

Rakhi Pardeshi has over 9 years of experience in Human Resources. Rakhi currently works as a Lead- Human Resources at Bajaj Finserv Health since June 2019. Prior to that, Rakhi worked at Bajaj Finserv as a Manager- Talent Management from May 2017 to June 2019. Rakhi also worked at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd. as a Manager- Human Resources from June 2016 to February 2017, and as a Sr. Executive- HR from November 2013 to May 2016. Before that, they worked as an HR Professional at Machine House(I) Pvt. Ltd, Nasik from September 2011 to November 2013. Rakhi started their career as an HR Intern at Crompton Greaves in 2010. Throughout their career, Rakhi has been involved in various HR activities, including talent management, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Rakhi Pardeshi completed their MBA in HR from Indira Institute Of Management, Pune from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Pune University, completing it from 2006 to 2009. Rakhi also completed their SSC from St. Francis High School, Nashik.
