Togrul Mammadov has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of the IP Backbone Unit at Azerconnect LLC since January 2017. In addition to this role, Togrul Mammadov has held multiple positions at Bakcell LTD starting from August 2010, including IP BB Development Team Leader and currently as IPBB Development HOSU since January 2014.
