Daniele Alberti

Daniele Alberti serves as a Limited Partner at Moonstone Venture Capital since October 2023, focusing on investments in Pre-seed and Seed startups addressing impactful problems. As the Head of Global Open Innovation and Co-Founder at Planet Smart City, Daniele is involved in creating sustainable, affordable housing developments that foster community empowerment. In addition, Daniele founded and presides over StarBoost Srl, which aims to discover and support diverse entrepreneurs in building scalable global businesses. Daniele's academic contributions include roles as a visiting professor at Politecnico di Torino and the University of Gastronomic Sciences, teaching entrepreneurship. Other ventures include co-founding Bakeca.it, a leading online classifieds platform, and holding shareholder positions in 500 Startups, Planet Holding UK, ANote Music, and Golee. Daniele holds degrees in industrial design and technology entrepreneurship, complemented by additional studies in economics and web design.
