Rune Dale

Rune Dale is an experienced production manager with a robust background in the food industry, currently serving at Bakehuset AS since October 2014. Prior roles include production management at TINE SA and quality control at Estremar, where offshore production of surimi was a focus. Earlier experience includes positions as an operator in cheese production and a sheet metal worker, as well as a baker at Molde Bakeri A/S. Rune Dale holds a bachelor's degree in food science from Sør-Trøndelag University College, completed between 2001 and 2004, and attended Aukra vgs from 1988 to 1989.
