Alessandra Venturi

Alessandra Venturi has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1992 with customer service at Bakelite Italia S.p.A. Alessandra then moved on to MOMENTIVE Specialty Chemicals Italia S.p.A in 2004, where they held various HR roles, including Human Resources country manager and HR manager. In 2015, they joined Hexion Inc. as an HR country manager and later became an HR ops and country manager. Currently, Alessandra is the HR Director EUROPE at Bakelite Synthetics, where they are also a regional operations partner.

Alessandra Venturi completed their education in two institutions. From 2021 to 2022, they attended EEC - Escuela Europea de Coaching and obtained a certification as an executive coaching ATSCH. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they studied at Scuola Normale Superiore and earned a degree as a correspondent in foreign languages.
