Damian Blake

Damian Blake is an experienced electrical infrastructure and operations manager with a robust background in engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Electrical Infrastructure and Operations at Bakelite Synthetics since June 2022, Damian previously held similar management roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC from April 2016 to May 2022, where also functioned as Division Senior Electrical Engineer. Prior to that, Damian was a Senior Electrical Engineer at Petrojam Limited from March 2013 to March 2016 and has over a decade of experience at UC RUSAL, progressing from Lead Electrical Technician to Senior Electrical Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of New Orleans, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering - Power, and an Associate’s Degree in Instrumentation and Controls, both from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
