Daniel Nooromid

Daniel Nooromid has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruiting. Daniel has held various leadership roles and has worked for companies such as Bakelite Synthetics, where they served as the Head of TA and Recruiting, HRBP. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), they were a Senior Recruiting Leader, responsible for building and leading multiple recruiting teams. Daniel also took on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting at Rent. and led a team of recruiters, implementing processes and ensuring compliance during an acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at TechTeamBuilder LLC. as a Talent Acquisition Leader, disrupting traditional recruiting agency models. Daniel also worked as the Head of Global Recruiting at IgnitionOne, a global digital marketing technology company. Daniel began their career at Talener Group, where they held various roles including Director, Manager, and Relationship Manager, playing key roles in office expansion and employee training and development.

Daniel Nooromid has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Georgia. Daniel is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner, obtained in 2016 from Scrum Alliance.
