Elli Mauser has extensive experience in the food industry, holding various roles focused on product development and process management. Currently serving as Category Manager Supply Chain and European Process Technologist at Baker & Baker since August 2011, Elli previously worked at Speedibake (Associated British Foods) as Process Manager and Senior Process Technologist. Earlier positions include Process Development Technologist at The Park Cake Bakeries Ltd, with successful launches of chilled and hot eating desserts for M&S, and Food Technologist at Burtons Foods Ltd, managing development projects for biscuits and savoury snacks. Elli's career began as Product Development Technologist at Allied Bakeries Lytham. In terms of education, Elli holds an MSc in Management Practice from Alliance Manchester Business School, a Master's degree project in Food Technology and Processing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, an MSc in Food Science and Technology from The University of Bonn, and a BSc in Human Nutrition and Community Nutrition from Glasgow Caledonian University.
