Brent Phelps

Brent Phelps is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in corrosion management and energy systems. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at BakerRisk since December 2022, Brent has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Energy and Corrosion at RK&K Engineers from 2015 to February 2021, and Manager of Corrosion Programs at DCP Midstream from 2004 to 2015. Brent's career also includes positions at Panhandle Energy, CMS Energy, and Duke Energy, where responsibilities encompassed gas control, scheduling, and forecasting. Brent holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
