Peter Zeitler

Peter Zeitler is a highly experienced transactional attorney who has been a partner at Baker Manock & Jensen since April 2015. Specializing in health care, commercial finance, corporate law, and real estate, Peter Zeitler possesses expertise in mergers and acquisitions, commercial and real estate lending, troubled debt restructure, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, tax-exempt bond finance, and general business transactions. Prior to current position, Peter Zeitler served as a partner at Fishman, Larsen, Goldring & Zeitler from 2004 to 2015 and at Lang, Richert & Patch from 1989 to 2004, and held the role of associate at Bingham McCutchen from 1984 to 1988. Peter Zeitler's academic background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master's degree in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Albion College.
