Hamish Ross

Hamish Ross serves as the Group CFO of Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd and the founders Family Office since June 2019, overseeing a privately held bakery franchise with over 700 locations across four countries. Prior to this, Hamish held the position of Director of Investment & Strategy at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where responsibilities included development and implementation of global strategies and M&A across owned and managed real estate. Hamish also served as CFO of KFC Taiwan at Jardine Restaurant Group, leading the acquisition of the KFC master franchise and integration efforts across multiple countries. Earlier roles include Group Strategy at Jardine Matheson, and M&A transaction advisory at PwC and Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications comprise a CA from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, an AMCT from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Business with Distinction from RMIT University.
