Luke Farrell serves as the Chairperson of the Australian Society of Baking and holds the position of Health and Wellness Director at Bakers Delight, where Luke also manages Product Development & Support. Luke has extensive experience in product development, overseeing the creation and launch of new products across 600 Baker’s Delight bakeries in Australia and New Zealand, and supporting COBS Bread in Canada. Previous roles include Technical Services Manager at Allied Mills and Operations Development Manager at Retail Food Group. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business in Management and multiple qualifications in baking and management.
