Heini Kristiansen

Heini Kristiansen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Bakkafrost since November 2018, Kristiansen also holds the position of Varaborgarstjóri at Nes kommuna while actively contributing as a board member and vice chairman in various committees. Previous roles include HR Manager at P/F Smyril Line and HR Project Employee at Bakkafrost, where Kristiansen focused on competence development and HR data management. With a background in consulting for Kost & Ernæringsforbundet and experience in HR services at Maersk Group, Kristiansen possesses a strong foundation in human resource management, supported by a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School.
