Nikki Oostveen-Groen is an experienced professional in product innovation and marketing, currently serving as Product Innovation Manager at Bakker Goedhart since October 2019. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Category Marketer for vegetables and convenience products at Bakker Barendrecht B.V. from October 2016 to October 2019 and completed an internship as Assistant Brand Manager for Cup-a-Soup at Unilever Nederland BV, where responsibilities included campaign management and sales strategy development. Nikki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Foodservice from Hotel Management School Maastricht and further education from Wageningen University & Research Centre.
