Sophie Hoff

Sophie Hoff is currently employed as a P&O Medewerker at RST Zorgverleners since November 2022, following a role as a Stagiaire P&O, where a research project on sustainable employability in community nursing was completed with a score of 8. Additionally, Sophie has been working at Bakkerij 't Stoepje since February 2019. In early 2024, a traineeship at BOUF Legal involved research into the success factors and pitfalls of coalition formation, also concluding with a score of 8. As a student mentor at Hogeschool Utrecht from August 2022 to July 2023, Sophie supported fellow students while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management in de zorg, expected to be completed in June 2025, alongside a minor in Labour Law from September 2023 to February 2024. Previous education includes a Havo degree in Economy/Society from Jacobus Fruytier, completed in June 2021.
