Donna Wiley

Donna Wiley currently serves as the Manager of Automation & Process Improvement at Bakkt, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2020, Donna was the Director of Process Development and Quality Assurance at Corporate Travel Management US, where leadership oversight was provided following the acquisition of Montrose Travel in 2017. Donna's earlier experience includes a role as the Manager of Offline Automation at Montrose Travel from 1997 to 2010, focusing on quality control and automated process efficiencies. Donna Wiley has pursued education at the College of the Canyons and is currently engaged in studies through 6Sigma.us.
