Shawky Safwat

Shawky Safwat is an accomplished professional in the field of food safety and quality control, currently serving as a Senior Quality Control Specialist at Baky Hospitality Group and a Food Safety and Hospitality Auditor at SGS. With experience as a Food Safety Auditor at AIC-Advisors International Corporation and a Food Quality & Safety Manager at Middle East International for Food, Shawky has played a vital role in establishing food safety systems, notably during the opening of The Food District restaurant at Galleria40 Zayed. Previous roles include Food Safety Specialist at Monflora for Catering Services and Assistant Hygiene Manager at JW Marriott Cairo. Shawky holds a Master's degree in Virology and a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, both from Cairo University.
