Laurae Upchurch

LauRae D. Upchurch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial education, wellness program management, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Financial Educator at BALANCE since August 2022, LauRae previously held the role of Financial Education Coordinator at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included organizing seminars and producing financial literacy content. LauRae’s diverse background also includes positions as a Group Exercise Instructor for WTS International and Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College, focusing on fitness education.
