Bar Geron

Bar Geron is the co-founder and CEO of Balance, a startup that helps HMOs solve the long time it takes to see a physician. Geron has a background in product management and data-driven thinking, and has used these skills to grow Behalf from a small startup to one of the most promising companies in Israel.

Bar Geron has a type 20 personality, which means they are balanced and able to see both sides of every issue. They attended Y Combinator for their undergraduate degree and then went on to get their master's degree in Bar'story and Philosophy of Science and Technology from Tel Aviv University. After that, they studied industrial engineering with a focus on data modeling/warehousing and database administration at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art.
