Kesem Macover

Kesem Macover has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They started their career at Niru South America Corp. in 2013, where they served as the Head of the Panama office. In this role, Kesem was responsible for opening and managing the office, overseeing inventory and purchase orders, building client relationships, and developing the company's global social media strategy.

In 2016, Kesem joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and held various positions over the years. They first served as a Consular Representative from June 2016 to June 2017. From July 2017 to November 2017, Kesem was the Head of the Documentation Department. They then became the Head of the Passport Department from December 2017 to January 2019. Lastly, Kesem served as the Vice Consul for Consular Affairs from February 2019 to June 2022.

Most recently, Kesem Macover joined Balance in December 2022 as the North America People Operations Manager.
