Steve Melians

Steve Melians has extensive experience in various leadership and creative roles. Currently, since January 2021, Steve serves as a Selection and Assessment Cadre at k2 while also managing warehouse operations at American International Movers since October 2018. Steve has been a freelance artist specializing in various mediums since January 2014 and a professional and motivational speaker since September 2013. As a speaker for Balancing Life's Issues, Steve addresses topics related to health, wellness, and personal improvement across the Tampa Bay Area. From 2015 to 2016, Steve was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Elk Institute. Prior military service includes roles such as Company First Sergeant, Deputy Commandant, and Division Protocol NCOIC in the US Army from 1998 to 2013. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Leo University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
