Sophia Fields

Sophia Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Balboa Capital, a Division of Ameris Bank, since August 2024. Previously, Sophia held the position of Vice President at the same company from January 2023, and has been with Balboa Capital since November 2005, where Sophia initially served as Director of Operations. Prior to joining Balboa Capital, Sophia was Operations Manager at American Express Business Finance from June 1996 to July 2004, and held the role of Director of Training at F. M. Tarbell Co from 1991 to 1995.
