Faiza Solehdin

Faiza Solehdin has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Faiza has held leadership positions in healthcare organizations such as Balboa United and Balboa Nephrology Medical Group, serving as Vice President Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and Director of Operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Regional One Health and as a Regional Facility Director / Facility Director at U.S. Renal Care / Innovative Dialysis Systems. Additionally, they served as a Facility Administrator at DaVita. Faiza also has experience in education, having worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Western University of Health Sciences, teaching a graduate-level course on U.S. Healthcare. Faiza has also contributed to non-profit organizations, serving as a Board Member and Chair for the Professional Development Committee at The Pick Group and as a Steering Committee Member at Inland Coalition.

Faiza Solehdin completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology at the University of California, Riverside. Faiza then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Information Technology, Informatics at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2017. Following that, they attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Global Health from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.
