Dace Silvonika

Dace Silvonika started their work experience in 2000 at BTA Baltic Insurance Company AAS, where they served as an Assistant to the Board until 2016. In 2016, they joined Balcia Insurance SE as the Chief Administrative Officer and also worked in the Office Management Support Department.

Dace Silvonika earned a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Humanities from Latvijas Universitate from 1998 to 2002.
