Dwayne Warren Jr.

Dwayne Warren Jr. is a Senior Investment Analyst at Blueprint Capital Advisors LLC, a leading minority-owned asset management firm managing $1.6 billion in assets under management since May 2022. In this role, Dwayne sources and executes due diligence on minority and women-owned fund managers across early-stage venture capital, growth, and buyout sectors. Dwayne also participates in the Alternative Investments Academy with SEO and serves as a Board Advisor at Balcony DAO, where more than $4 million in funding has been raised to merge real estate with blockchain technology. Additionally, Dwayne completed a 9-week program as a BiV Fellow at BLCK VC to enhance skills for Venture Capital roles. Prior to current roles, Dwayne founded Rubicon Govtech, focusing on improving public sector infrastructure with blockchain technology. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Howard University, earned in 2021, following education at Seton Hall Preparatory School.
