Daniel Goodwin

Daniel Goodwin has extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, currently serving as a Client Systems Administrator at Baldwin EMC since June 2018. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Global Tel*Link from August 2012 to June 2018, starting in a tech support position and later advancing to the corporate helpdesk. Key responsibilities included providing remote support, managing inventory, configuring and installing various devices, troubleshooting software applications, and conducting end-user training. Daniel has worked collaboratively with multiple departments, gaining valuable insights across various technical and administrative functions. Daniel is a graduate of Troy University.
