Jo Dragotta

Jo Dragotta, PMP, currently serves as the National Operations Leader for the Employee Benefits Group at The Baldwin Group since September 2020, simultaneously holding the position of Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Events Consultant in the Player Relations Department for Major League Soccer, Project Management Consultant for the XFL, and Vice President of Business Operations for the Alliance of American Football. Additionally, Jo Dragotta worked as Director of Events & Corporate Operations for United Soccer Leagues LLC, having started as an intern and progressing through various event coordination roles. Early career includes positions in the National Women's Soccer League as a Manager and Coordinator for Special Events, and experience as a professional soccer player. Jo Dragotta earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida in 2013.
