Thomas Short

Thomas Short has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company since May 2019, after holding the position of Project Engineer. Previously, Thomas worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent at DC Sparks Construction, LLC from February 2018 to May 2019, and as a Site Supervisor at NAPA Construction LLC for a brief period in late 2017. Early in the career, Thomas gained hands-on experience as a Construction Laborer at Chris Lee Contracting. Prior to entering the construction field, Thomas spent nearly a decade at Cox Communications as a Universal Home Technician, focusing on installation and troubleshooting services. Additionally, Thomas worked as a Construction Inspector at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with codes and specifications. Thomas holds a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Building Construction Technology from NorthWest Arkansas Community College and attended the University of Arkansas earlier in 2004-2005.
