Lacey Kogelnik

Lacey Kogelnik is the current Executive Director of Corporate and Organizational Engagement at Baldwin Wallace University. Lacey has previous experience as a Program Assistant at Cuyahoga Community College, where they provided individual career assistance to students and conducted career-related workshops. Lacey also worked as a Career Assistant at John Carroll University, teaching a course called "Introduction to the World of Work" and organizing recruiter panels for career development courses. In their current position, Lacey is responsible for leading the university's efforts to build relationships with employers and connect students to internship and job opportunities.

They work with Timeka Rashid - VP, Student Affairs, Scott Schulz - VP, Enrollment Management, and Greg Flanik - CIO. Their manager is Robert C. Helmer, President.
