Charles E. Parker

Charles E. (Chuck) Parker is an experienced executive in military housing and property management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President for Military Housing at Balfour Beatty Communities since October 2019, where operations for a 43,000 unit housing portfolio are led. Parker previously held key positions at Balfour Beatty Communities as Senior Vice President for both Operations and Project Development. Prior to this, Parker co-founded and managed A to Z Renovations and Repair, LLC, and served as Division President for Corvias Military Living, overseeing Department of Defense partnerships. Other notable positions include Executive Vice President roles at Lend Lease and SWH Properties, where responsibilities included business development and property management. Parker holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and completed an Executive Leadership Development program at Columbia Business School.
