Oliver Gregory Fcinstces

Oliver Gregory FCInstCES is an accomplished Senior Commercial Manager at Balfour Beatty plc, currently overseeing the mobilisation of Earthworks and Enabling works for the Sizewell C project and involved in National Highways RDP schemes. With extensive experience at Balfour Beatty VINCI, Oliver managed tunneling activities and provided commercial support for HS2 projects. Additionally, Oliver served as Co-Chair of the 2040 Forum at the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, promoting representation among young members. Oliver's career began at Balfour Beatty plc, where a progression from Trainee Quantity Surveyor to Senior Quantity Surveyor included significant contributions to major infrastructure projects like the A14. Oliver holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and an HNC in Construction from London South Bank University, along with early experience as a Watersports Instructor.
