Samantha Doughty

Samantha Doughty is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty plc since April 2018, Samantha oversees the Terminal 1, 2, and Terminal 4 Baggage System Upgrade Project. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at Carillion, including Project Manager for significant projects such as Barts Square Phase 2 and the Heathrow Airport Framework. Earlier in the career, Samantha worked at Costain, undertaking roles from Project Manager on the Heathrow Airport LPI Framework to Site Manager for multiple significant developments. Samantha began in the industry as a Document Controller at Costain. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Construction Management from the University of Reading.
