Sonja Milek

Sonja Milek is currently working at Universitätsklinik Balgrist as a Research & Clinical Trial Assistant, focusing on Phage Clinical Research. Previously, Sonja held positions at Wake Forest Baptist Health as a PhD Student studying biofilm formation and pathogenesis, Washington University School of Medicine as a Scientific Assistant examining Legionella pneumophila, and Ruhr University Bochum as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin in Microbial Biology. Sonja holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Clinical Trial Management from the University of Zurich, a Dr. rer. nat. in Microbiology from Ruhr University Bochum, and a Master of Science in Biology from the same institution.
