Gretchen Koeck

Gretchen Koeck currently serves as the Director of Legal Operations & Compliance Support at Ball Corporation, a position held since August 2020, along with several leadership roles including Corporate Divestiture Transition Leader and Global Technology Lead. Prior to this, Gretchen was a contracted Senior Project Manager at Technologent and worked as a Management Consultant at Public Knowledge LLC, focusing on organizational and technological strategies for government and non-profit sectors. Gretchen's experience also includes serving as a Technology Consultant and Master Black Belt at BMGI, managing eLearning projects centered on Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and holding multiple positions at GE Commercial Finance and GE Access, where expertise in process improvement was developed. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University and studies in Pre-Veterinary Studies at Purdue University.
