Peggy Vivas

Peggy Vivas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. PEGGY worked as a Director of Business Development at Ball Janik LLP starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager/Realtor Associate at Broker's Investments LLC from 2015 to the present, where they provided energy efficiency alternatives, assisted buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, and represented the leasing and sales department.

PEGGY also worked as a Business Development Manager at Nouveau Elevator from 2022 to 2023, where they contributed to the company's growth. Peggy was a Project Manager at DSS Condo: Complete Project Management from 2021 to 2022, where they managed construction projects and provided expert guidance and evaluation of alternatives.

In 2019, they were a Business Development Manager at The Water Restoration Group, overseeing customer service, sales, and operational aspects for both residential and commercial properties. From 2011 to 2014, Peggy worked as a Project Manager at Midas Window Film, combining sales and energy management skills to identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements.

PEGGY started their career as an International Sales Manager at Data Gaming Corp from 2007 to 2011, where they achieved significant revenue growth and coordinated international sales efforts.

Peggy Vivas holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Energy Management, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Cecilio Acosta in Venezuela, where they earned a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Community Development from 1993 to 1997. PEGGY also pursued an Associate's degree in International Business from IUFRONT from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Peggy Vivas has obtained several certifications, including being a Ygrene Certified Contractor from the Ygrene Energy Fund in January 2012. PEGGY also holds certifications in disciplines such as EMF Balancing Technique, Family Constellations Facilitation, Psych-K Advance Facilitation, and Real Estate Sales.
