Tania has worked in the healthcare industry at Grampians Health and Bairnsdale Regional Health Service, as well as in the fresh cut salad and vegetable industry at Harvest Freshcuts Pty Limited. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business and becoming a Chartered Accountant, Tania furthered their education with a Graduate Certificate in Computing from Monash University.
