Daylon Hutton is an experienced NW Operations Manager currently working at Ballard Marine Construction. Daylon holds degrees in HSE/IMCA Commercial Diving Certification from The Underwater Centre and Construction Engineering and Management with a focus on Heavy Civil Construction and Marine Infrastructure from Oregon State University.
