Natalja Derendiajeva, CIMA Dip MA

Natalja Derendiajeva has a strong background in finance and operations management.

Natalja began their career at JSC "Gandras Energoefektas" in 2010 as the Manager of the Energy-Industrial Equipment Department, a role they held until 2013.

In 2014, Natalja joined Ballard Motive Solutions as an Operations Manager. Natalja held this position until 2019, when they were promoted to Finance Manager. In January 2021, they were further promoted to the role of Head of Finance.

Throughout their career, Natalja has demonstrated expertise in financial management and operations, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Natalja Derendiajeva pursued their education at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Management and Business Administration from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2018 to 2021, they furthered their education at CIMA, obtaining a Diploma in Management Accounting.
