Jordan Elsbury

Jordan Elsbury is an accomplished political professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Ballard Partners since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Chief of Staff and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the City of Jacksonville from April 2018 to May 2022, as well as Director of Appointments and Special Projects in 2015. Previous positions also feature Personal Aide/Campaign Coordinator for Lenny Curry's mayoral campaign in early 2015, and several roles at the Republican National Committee, including Regional Political Director.
