Johan Ruiz

Johan Ruiz is a seasoned professional in engineering management and delivery, currently serving as a Senior Delivery Manager and Client Executive at Ballast Lane Applications, LLC since August 2024. Previously, Johan held the position of Engineering Manager at HatchWorks, where responsibilities included defining strategies to enhance employee engagement and engineering performance. At Perficient Latin America, Johan worked as a Capacity Planning Manager, achieving significant improvements in staffing times and retention rates, and also led software development teams as a Delivery Manager. Johan's earlier experience includes technical leadership roles such as Scrum Master and Technical Lead at PSL - Software Development and Sura, focusing on agile practices and project delivery in various industries.
